Passion has been our driving force since we started and that has resulted in a stable growth with a team of around 140+ employees working out of 2 offices – Houston, US, with the offshore delivery center situated in Chennai, India. And we are still growing and adding newbies – freshers and experienced daily.

Anantharam aka Ananth comes up with “Out of the Box” solutions for existing technical issues, saving a tremendous amount of time and money for the various clients he has served, and that makes him the “Wanted” guy on our team. A stickler for quality development, his standards have made Minuscule boast of 100% quality delivery time and again.
Another hardcore techie who loves to try out new ideas and currently leading our innovation incubator at Minuscule. Ganesh is constantly on the lookout for the next big thing and has been known to pass on his infectious energy to everyone around. One can find him either motivating someone to do better or reprimanding for not trying. He is a foodie at heart and passionate about all things technical.
Deepa started her career as a developer, realized that she is a people's person, and eventually moved to management roles. Her ability to converse fluently with developers in technical language and transition seamlessly to management discussions is outstanding. Her love of new challenges is what led her to leave the project management world for the sales arena. She is a voracious reader and a devil's advocate.
Sajiv adores business and everything related to it. One can find him drowning in stacks of documents, spreadsheets, and more, trying to understand the intricate details of a client's business. A down-to-earth and practical person, he is extremely passionate about teaching - a fact that can be vouched by everyone who had the honor of meeting him personally or virtually. An easy to approach personality makes him likable to all.
