separate Lead Record Types to keep routing logic and ownership clean. Conversion paths differ across all three. Instead of three separate object models, three coordinated record types.
After conversion, the institution runs Account (household or institution), Contact (student, parent, faculty), and Opportunity (admission cycle, faculty hire, program enrolment). The data model for an admin team already understands.
Club Activities, Club Activity Member, Learning Program, Learning Subject, and Fee Detail exist as light custom objects — enough structure to support reporting, not so much that they require ongoing schema management.

Family relationships are mapped through parent–student and parent-with-multiple-student linkage. Notifications fire automatically across admissions, faculty onboarding, and conversion. Club Activities track engagement beyond academics. Payment Information Capture anchors fee data on the Opportunity.
