Major businesses for our client come from their third party associates: Officers create opportunities and send information in excel to the third party associates for providing their counters. Officers enter this counter-information against the opportunities. Via mail, this was time-consuming, up to 3 to 4 days.

Our Breakthrough

We understood the problems the officers had with these third party associates and presented our solution:

  • A link with adequate details will be shared via email address of the third party. Third parties will be able to view the url, and provide all their inputs. Once they submit details, data is stored in the system and a relevant opportunity is created. Officers receive a link to the opportunity that is created and are able to view the information provided, and can provide their feedback from the system and the information is further sent to the third party associates.

This well-rounded activity goes back and forth until the deal is considered as fine and closed.
